1. PRE-ORDER DATES AND FABRIC TYPE
Please carefully review the item descriptions for the opening and closing dates of each pre-order. This information will help you secure your favorite pieces. Additionally, you'll find details about the type of fabric used in the item, ensuring you make an informed choice.
2. ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA)
All pre-order items typically take approximately 10-12 weeks to reach our inventory. Please keep this timeframe in mind while selecting your preferred sizes. For your convenience, we provide the estimated time of arrival for each item, so you can plan accordingly.
Please note that pre order ship dates are not guaranteed. While we make every possible effort to ensure your pre orders are shipped by the estimated time, sometimes unforeseen and uncontrollable delays may occur.
3. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Once the pre-ordered items arrive at our facility, we'll work diligently to process your orders promptly. It usually takes around 3-5 business days to prepare and ship your orders to you. We appreciate your patience during this phase as we ensure that every detail is perfect.
4. IMPORTANT NOTICE: MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY
Please note that since our products are made to order (Pre-Orders and Custom-Made Clothing), we are unable to accommodate order cancellations, item additions/removals, or changes to selected sizes once you've made your purchase.
5. RETURN POLICY FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
Notification: Contact us at littlegreyllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include the following:
● Receipt of your purchase
● Photos clearly showing the defect
Defect Clarification: Please understand that handmade items may have minor imperfections. To be eligible for a return due to a manufacturer defect, the item must meet the following criteria:
● In the original packaging
● Unworn
● Tags must still be attached
Return Process: We will provide you with a return shipping label, but it's crucial to mail the defective item back to us within 5 business days.
Replacement or Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the defective item:
● If we have a replacement in stock, it will be promptly shipped to you.
● If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Please note that failing to return the defective item within the specified 5 business days will result in it no longer being eligible for return or exchange.
6. FINAL SALE POLICY FOR DISCOUNTED AND MARK-DOWN ITEMS
Please take note of our policy regarding items that were purchased with a discount code or are part of a mark-down sale:
Final Sale: Any item for which a discount code was applied OR items marked down in a sale are considered FINAL SALE.
No Replacements or Further Discounts: We regret to inform you that for items categorized as FINAL SALE, we do not offer replacements or any additional discounts, even in the case of manufacturing defects.
7. IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE
To streamline your shopping experience and avoid any confusion, please keep the following in mind:
1. Separate Orders: Please refrain from adding ready-to-ship items to your pre-order. These items will not ship until the pre-order items arrive.
2. No Combined Shipping Fees: We regret to inform you that we cannot combine shipping fees if you checkout more than once for separate orders.
