While we do everything in our power to ensure a smooth delivery experience, please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered to the address you provided for your order. Returns

You have a generous 30-day window from your purchase date to initiate a return for a full refund. Items returned after this 30-day period won't be eligible for a refund.
Missing or Defective Items:

How to Make a Return:

Shipping Label:
We want to make your return experience as smooth as possible. We'll provide a shipping label for your purchased item and deduct the shipping fee from your refund. However, if you prefer to use your own shipping label, just contact us, and we'll provide you with all the necessary details.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear. It should also include all the original packaging and garment tags.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

- Final Sale items, marked down 50% off or more.
- Customized items.
Return Processing:
Once you've repackaged your item, simply drop it off at your local post office. After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, expect a refund to appear on your original method of payment within another 3-5 business days.
